Cannot turn on hub

In case you can not turn on your hub there are multiple ways how you can solve this.

Recovery steps

Charge eBike

Make sure that the eBike battery is charged and inserted. The following states are shown during battery charge:

Press battery power button

Turn on the eBike by pressing the power button on your battery (battery is inserted).

Still does not work?

You can also charge your Bosch SmartphoneHub through the micro USB-port (left side of the hub) using an external power source such as a power bank, regular smartphone charger or a PC/Laptop. Charge the hub for 20 minutes, this should be enough. Once you turn on the eBike system and start riding, the SmartphoneHub will get charged automatically.
