Battery pack won't charge

The COBI.Bike battery pack is designed to be charged via its USB port indoors at temperatures between 0-30 degrees celsius.

If you do not use your COBI.Bike regularly, please follow these easy steps to care for your battery and prevent slow or complete discharge.

① Battery Status LED

Take the battery out of the COBI.Bike Hub and connect your battery pack with the USB cable to a power source.
The status LED should start blinking after 10-15 seconds.
Fully charge your battery pack for approximately 10 hours or overnight.
The battery is fully charged when the LED light stops blinking.

Repeat every couple of weeks and you will have a happy battery!

USB Charging Port Battery Pack V2

Take the battery out of the COBI.Bike Hub and connect your battery pack with the USB cable to a power source.
The status LED should light red immediately
Fully charge your battery for approximately 6 hours or overnight.
The battery is fully charged when the LED light turns green.

Repeat every couple of weeks and you will have a happy battery!

Diagnosis Steps:

The LED light on your battery does not start blinking when plugged in to USB

Continue charging for around 13 hours
Insert the battery into the Hub
If the Hub reacts (sound, LED and/or light if installed) then your battery is good to go.
Don't forget to charge the battery periodically.

Should the Hub not react we will take further steps to get your COBI.Bike working again.
